PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift fork that operates a synchronization mechanism in an axial direction of a shaft in order to switch over a shift stage of a speed change gear, with a structure in which the edge of a claw part of a tip end is prevented from contacting regardless of the degree of distortion and oil film shortage hardly occurs in a sliding part.SOLUTION: A base end part of a shift fork 32 is supported by a shift rod 52, two divided tip end parts are respectively provided with a claw part 320 inserted into an annular groove 121 formed on a sleeve 120 of a synchronization mechanism and extending in a circumferential direction in the annular groove 121. In the claw part 320, an intermediate part of a sliding surface 320a slidably contacting an inside surface 121a of the annular groove 121 has a convex surface in a direction where the claw part 320 extends. |
