PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide processing methods and devices for efficiently liquating out heavy metal from shellfish internal organs in a short time by using a mild treatment condition, without making small fragments out of the organs, and for efficiently collecting and re-utilizing proteins and lipid contained in the shellfish internal organs.SOLUTION: There are provided: a pretreatment method for piercing a protective membrane of a shellfish internal organ M; a removal method of heavy metal that includes the pretreatment method, an elution process of the heavy metal using an acidic aqueous solution and/or an alkaline aqueous solution, a washing process and a drying process; and devices for the methods.
