PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide en eddy current flaw detection device for attaining the miniaturization of a sensor part and excellent reliability and sensitivity in defect detection.SOLUTION: A sensor part 10 of an eddy current flaw detection device includes: a sensing surface 11 adjacent to the front surface of an inspected body; multiple coils 12 (12a, 12b) arrayed to make a right angle with the sensing surface 11 and making an angle with each other; a drive unit for exciting the coils 12 and detecting an induction magnetic field of an eddy current generated in an inspected body 30; and a magnetic core 20 for filling spaces 14 between adjacent end surfaces 13 (13a, 13b) of the multiple coils 12. |
