PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens which has a high zoom ratio, corrects especially well for chromatic aberration of magnification over an entire zoom range from the wide angle end to the telephoto end, and provides superior optical performance over the entire zoom range, and to provide an image capturing device having the same.SOLUTION: A zoom lens comprises a first lens group which has positive refractive power and does not move for zooming, a second lens group which has negative refraction power and moves along an optical axis when zooming, a third lens group which moves when zooming, an aperture stop, and a fourth lens group which has positive refractive power and does not move for zooming, arranged in order from an object side. The first lens group comprises, in order from the object side, a fixed eleventh lens group having positive refractive power, a twelfth lens group which has positive refractive power and moves for focus adjustment, and a fixed thirteenth lens group having positive refractive power. Conditions such as configuration of the eleventh lens group, an Abbe number, a partial dispersion ratio of a material of constituent lenses, and refractive power are set appropriately. |
