PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology that enables comparatively-smooth flow of liquid in a space between a first cylindrical electrode and a second electrode arranged inside the first electrode.SOLUTION: A sensor device 10 comprises: a cylindrical electrode 22; and an electrode 24 that is arranged in the electrode 22 and faces an inner peripheral surface of the electrode 22. The electrode 22 has a slit that extends in an axial direction of the electrode 22 over the full length in a range facing the electrode 24 and communicates the inside of the electrode 22 with the outside thereof.
