PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing adhesion of dust to a seal surface and maintaining seal performance which requires the minimum amount of the air for problems in which collected dust have moistness, prevention of the adhesion of the dust to the seal part is impossible, sealability is lowered by wear or formation of a dust layer, replacement of seal members in a short cycle is required, a method for performing air purge by blowing the air to the seal surface is also suggested, however, a large amount of the air is required since the circumference of the seal surface is large, and a purge effect of parts except the seal surface is small and prevention of dust adhesion is insufficient since the parts except the seal surface are in an open state.SOLUTION: A damper device is constituted by being provided with a seal space 10c constituted of two seal surfaces 10a, 10b, to exert an effect of air purge with a small amount of the air by blowing the air to the seal space. In addition, by blowing the air immediately before the seal surface closes, the gap between the seal surfaces gradually becomes narrower to increase the flow rate of purge air, thereby improving a dust cleaning effect. |
