GENERATING SERVICE REQUEST MESSAGE TO OBTAIN WIRELESS SERVICES USING A MINIMAL SET OF SERVICES THAT ARE DESIGNATED FOR A ROAMING CONDITION

A roaming condition is detected on a wireless device, in which the wireless device is operational in a region where the wireless device is not permitted to have wireless services other than a designated minimal set of services. A service request message is generated on the wireless device. The service request can be structured for handing by a home region service provider that can initiate one or more wireless services for the computing device using a local service provider for the region. The service request message can be transmitted from the computing device using the designated minimal set of services.
