An object is to provide a method for specific detection of human IL-17-producing helper T-cells (human Th17 cells). The method comprises: obtaining an expression level of the marker comprising a protein encoded by a gene represented by at least one selected from the group consisting of L1CAM, MCAM and PTPRM or a functionally equivalent variant or a fragment thereof, in a sample containing cells; and detecting human IL-17-producing helper T cells in the sample, based on the obtained expression level of the marker. |
