The mat (1) has a resilient surface (2) made of a resilient deformable material or a resilient deformable composite material with polyurethane bonding agents for oscillation damping and shock absorption. A layered structure is provided with a top layer (3.1), a bottom layer (3.2) and a spring assembly (4) with spring elements (5) for springy absorption of forces provided into the mat and delivery of the forces. The spring elements are arranged in a force flow area between the top and bottom layers and arranged or evenly distributed to each other with respect to large side surfaces (7). The resilient deformable material is rubber or natural rubber. The resilient deformable composite material is rubber- or natural rubber granule. The spring elements are designed as helical compression springs (6).
