The housing has a receiving area that is provided for an air interchange device (1). A fresh air intake port, an exhaust air outlet opening, an exhaust air intake opening and a supply air blow-out port (13) are attached at side wall of main portion. A cover is provided with a radial sealing portion which is set at fresh air intake port and exhaust air outlet opening. An axial sealing portion is provided at exhaust air intake opening and supply air blow-out port. An independent claim is included for an exterior wall of building.
