<p>In the procedure for this method for producing a solar cell module, a photoelectric conversion unit is formed (S10), a connecting electrode is formed from a sintered conductive paste that is to form a network structure by means of heating (S11), a wiring material is disposed on the connecting electrode with an adhesive therebetween (S12), and the result is temporarily joined at a temperature below the curing temperature of the adhesive (S13). Thereafter, the result is pressed at a predetermined compressive force and heated to at least the curing temperature of the adhesive (S14). Thereafter, the remaining processes to form the solar cell module are performed (S15). As an example, the temperature of the temporary joining can be on the order of 1/2 the curing temperature.</p> |
