The present invention includes a camera moving part for moving a camera; a voltage detection part for detecting a voltage due to the movement of the camera; and a control part for controlling the movement of the camera using the camera moving part according to the voltage detected by the voltage detection part. According to the present invention, the position and the movement rate of a rear view camera is monitored by a detected voltage according to the movement of the camera, and therefore the position and the movement rate of the camera is controlled on a real time basis.
