The present invention relates to a UV-curing perfluoro polyether compound, an antifouling coating composition, a film containing the same, and an antifouling substrate containing the same. The compound by the present invention does not include a silane group so that it can be applied to an organic material such as a polymer, has excellent compatibility with organic drugs, can be applied to a roll to roll process, includes a polyether group, thereby having excellent attachment resistance, antifouling performance, and transparency, and includes a benzophenone-based compound, thereby being UV-cured without additional radical initiators. Therefore, a film formed by curing a coating agent composition including the compound can be chemically combined with all substrate materials consisting of hydrocarbon-based compounds so that antifouling performance, scratch resistance, and durability are improved, thereby being usefully used in materials requiring antifouling performance in all industrial fields. |
