PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a header capable of achieving appropriate electrical connection while increasing an allowable current value to suppress temperature rise; a receptacle matching to the header; and a connector including the header and the receptacle.SOLUTION: A connector 1 according to the present invention includes: one contact 2 including a pair of one flat plate parts 2a, 2b in parallel with each other; a blade 3 (plate-like conductive member) stored between the pair of one flat plate parts 2a, 2b; and the other contact 4 including a pair of the other flat plate parts 4a, 4b in parallel with each other while sandwiching the plate-like conductive member.
