PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer unit of a test handler.SOLUTION: The transfer unit includes a frame, a floating assembly, and an arm. The frame is provided like a square frame including a penetration hole. The penetration hole includes an upper penetration hole, a lower penetration hole, and a dropout-preventing projection. The floating assembly is inserted to the penetration hole of the frame and is elastically supported. The floating assembly includes a floating part, an elastic member, and a coupling element. The floating assembly moves back and forth, to left and right sides, and up and down and flows within a predetermined angular range in the penetration hole. |
