PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive sheet which has tacky power, which can allow a wiring board fixed thereby to be peeled off from a housing, so that the thermally conductive sheet does not remain on one adherend but continues sticking fast to the other adherend and keeps a stuck state after peeled off therefrom, and which has such tacky power that a fixture such as a screw is not required and to provide an electronic component obtained by making good use of the thermally conductive sheet.SOLUTION: The thermally conductive sheet 3 has a thermally conductive layer 2, which contains a thermally conductive filler and comprises an acrylic tacky adhesive material, and a tacky adhesive material layer 1 which is disposed on one surface of the thermally conductive layer 2 and comprises the acrylic tacky adhesive material. The thermally conductive layer 2 has 100-600 μm thickness and 0.5 W/mK or higher thermal conductivity. |
