PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable hair conditioning agent containing a cationic surfactant and higher alcohol, which keeps flexibility, gloss, and combing easiness of hair, a hairstyle maintenance effect, and an effect of inhibiting hair spread while inhibiting variation in viscosity and hardness due to temperature change over time.SOLUTION: In the hair conditioning agent containing a cationic surfactant and higher alcohol, blending trimethyl glycine inhibits variation in viscosity and hardness due to temperature change over time, and improves stability without impairing a hair conditioning effect. |
