A method and device for browsing a webpage via a mobile terminal. The method includes: a mobile terminal acquiring network signal information according to the intensity level of a local network signal, and caching the network signal information in an Internet-side device; and when the mobile terminal transmits a request to access a target webpage to the Internet-side device, the Internet-side device processing the target webpage requested to be accessed by the mobile terminal according to the network signal information, and then transmitting the processed target webpage to the mobile terminal.
