<p>The present invention relates to a welding beam, which includes an uneven web in the intermediate portion thereof and which can be easily manufactured while having significantly improved resistance to buckling and distortion, and to a method for manufacturing same. The welding beam is configured to include an upper flange, a lower flange, and said uneven web, wherein both end portions are provided with fastening means for coupling to other structural members, and the uneven web is configured to have an upper end flat portion and a lower end flat portion with which the upper flange and the lower flange to be coupled, respectively, and an uneven portion which is formed in an intermediate portion between the upper end flat portion and the lower end flat portion. Concave and convex portions are alternately formed in the uneven portion so as to project in a direction vertical to a flat surface of the web. Central axial portions having a constant length are formed so as to be positioned between the concave portions and the convex portions. The central axial portions lie in the same plane as the upper and lower end flat portions.</p> |
