The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a skin cosmetic mask pack having pork rinds as a main ingredient to be attached to the skin of a face. The present invention of the method for manufacturing a cosmetic mask by boiling pork rinds and grinding the pork rinds with water is manufactured by the steps of: removing foreign substances and fat from the pork rinds; boiling the pork rinds after putting whole peppers, bay leaves and the like to remove its smell; boiling again after putting licorice; boiling again after putting angelica gigas; and grinding the boiled pork rinds with angelica gigas water. By removing smell using medicinal herbs and the like in the process of manufacturing a mask pack using pork rinds containing lots of collagen, the present invention can provide a mask pack capable of removing displeasure when being used, and at the same time, showing excellent effects in skin cosmetics by mixing collagen and medicinal herbs.
