PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell analysis method capable of higher-accuracy identification of cancer cell.SOLUTION: The number of cells of a determination target tissue subjected to nuclear staining are counted and a histogram representing fluorescence intensity is obtained based on the result of the count with a flow cytometer 5. Then, by analysis control means 6, the obtained histogram is analyzed to obtain data relating to plural of prescribed parameters. The data for each parameter is compared with a threshold of each of the prescribed parameters to carry out a canceration determination of the determination target tissue for each parameter. The determination result of each parameter is subjected to a scoring process by each parameter. The calculated scores for each parameter are combined so that the determination target tissue is subjected to a comprehensive canceration determination. |
