PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiator of an imaging element, which efficiently radiates heat that the imaging element generates.SOLUTION: A first imaging unit 100 includes: an imaging element 110; and a first heat radiator 120. The imaging element 110 is CMOS and includes a terminal face 112. A heat radiating terminal 114 in a planar shape, which radiates heat that the imaging element 110 emits, is arranged in the center of the terminal face 112. The first heat radiator 120 includes: a Peltier element 130 forming a heat treatment member, a first substrate 150 and a first heat radiation member 180. The Peltier element 130 is closely attached to the heat radiating terminal 114 via thermally conductive grease. The first substrate 150 includes a first heat insulation hole 153. Air can be made to flow into the first heat insulation hole 153, and the first heat insulation hole 153 forms a first heat insulation member 156 with the air as a heat insulator. The first heat radiation member 180 is closely attached to the Peltier element 130 via the thermally conductive grease. A braided wire 143 is soldered to a rear end face 183 of the first heat radiation member 180. |
