PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated optical module capable of preventing displacement variation and detachment of a PLC chip due to humidity variation.SOLUTION: An integrated optical module includes a PLC chip, a base which is adhesively fixed on a portion of a bottom surface of the PLC chip by means of an adhesive applied on a top surface of the base, and a support member for supporting the base. The support member is provided with a groove, which is formed on a top surface thereof around the base, for collecting the adhesive that overflows from the top surface, which is a bonding surface, of the base. |
