PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fastening a fluid pipe flange part which can prevent a seal surface from falling from a bolt hole peripheral edge portion.SOLUTION: A method for fastening a fluid pipe flange part includes: inserting a bolt 2 into a bolt hole 40s formed in a flange part 40 of a water pipe 4; attaching a nut 3 to a tip portion of the bolt 2; fastening the bolt 2 and the nut 3 to each other to fasten the flange part 40. The method includes: respectively attaching finned seal members 10, which are respectively formed of elastic members having fin parts 12, to both end portions of the bolt 2l; respectively inserting the fin parts 12 into a clearance between the bolt hole 40s and a shank 21 of the bolt; and fastening the bolt 2 and the nut 3 to each other to fasten the flange part 40.
