PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature organic substance treatment device capable of safe combustion.SOLUTION: A low-temperature organic substance treatment device 1 is a device for thermally decomposing an organic substance in a gas atmosphere containing minus ions in a combustion space demarcated in an inner part of a device main body, and is provided with a drum type inputting part 50 capable of inputting the organic substance into the combustion space. The drum type inputting part 50 includes: a drum type housing 57 which demarcates an inputting space apart from the combustion space in the inner part of the housing; an opening and closing door 53 which makes the inputting of the organic substance to the inputting space possible; and a rotation plate 60 which can transmit to either state of such a close state that the inputting space is separated from the combustion space and such an open state that the inputting space is communicated with the combustion space.
