PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform pressure reduction and flow rate adjustment of high-temperature high-pressure steam by an inexpensive valve.SOLUTION: A porous variable orifice valve V is adopted as a steam pressure reducing valve. The porous variable orifice valve includes a fixed porous disk 2 having a plurality of ports 2a along a channel cross section and a movable orifice disk 3 having a plurality of orifices 3a corresponding to respective ports of the fixed porous disk and attached movably over a position for closing respective ports of the fixed porous disk and a position for opening the ports in a valve box 1. When the movable orifice disk is moved, a correspondence degree of openings between respective ports and their corresponding orifices is changed, a circulation cross section of steam (a) is obtained correspondingly to the correspondence degree and a steam flow rate and a degree of pressure reduction are adjusted. Since the flow rate adjustment and pressure reduction are performed in each individual port and orifice, flow rate adjustment and pressure reducing action are individually performed in the whole circulation cross section of a circulating channel, so that as compared with a case that pressure reducing action is performed only on one position or several positions, noise can be reduced. Since a spread porous variable orifice valve V is used, the price of the valve can be reduced. |
