PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe type continuous frying device capable of reducing generation of frying smoke and smell by transferring and frying food materials to be fried and a high-temperature frying oil through the pipe, and capable of massively producing high-quality fried foods.SOLUTION: The pipe type continuous frying device includes: a heating bath for heating the oil in a certain temperature; an inhaler by which the oil in the heating bath is inhaled; a frying pipe line that transfers and fries the oil inhaled through the inhaler and the food materials to be fried together; a separator that separates the food materials to be fried and the oil transferred from the frying pipe line; and a return pipe line that collects the oil separated from the separator to the heating bath. |
