PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress swing of a sucking disk with an object sucked.SOLUTION: A sucking disk includes a bellows-shaped side part which elongates and contracts vertically. The bellows-shaped side part of the sucking disk is formed of at least one constricted part having an upward surface and a downward surface. A plurality of protrusions radially extending from a center to an outer side are arranged on at least either of the upward surface or the downward surface of the constricted part. A transfer device includes a plurality of the sucking disks, a base on which the sucking disks are mounted, a decompression mechanism which is connected to the sucking disks and reduces internal pressures of the sucking disks; and a moving mechanism which moves the base. |
