The part (1) has electric contacts (3, 5) exhibiting different polarities and electrically insulated from each other by an electrical insulation unit i.e. sleeve (4). Electrical conductive soft masses (2, 6) are made of foam material, kneadable mass, non-woven fabric, laminated gauze, felt, graphite, crystalline substances, metal wool, gelatin, gel or soft composite material. The masses are located in the part and protrude from a socket. LEDs (7) are assembled at an end of the part. LED contacts protruding from the socket are fixed into the masses and provided with a transparent closure cap.
