<p>The present invention provides a method, device, and terminal for cell change. The method comprises: receiving redirection indication information delivered by a first network in the first network, the redirection indication information comprising information of at least one second network cell in a second network, and the information of the second network cell at least comprising a physical cell identifier of the second network cell and a broadcast control channel container of the second network cell; and releasing a connection to the first network, residing in the second network, and performing cell change according to the information of the second network cell. According to the method, device, and terminal for cell change in embodiments, a broadcast control channel container comprising a system broadcast message is delivered, so that, in an operation of performing cell change to a cell corresponding to the broadcast control channel container, the terminal does not need to read a system broadcast message of the cell, and an RRC connection establishment operation can be directly initiated, and time is saved.</p> |
