The present invention is to reduce costs by reducing a number of components and assembly procedures and to make the entire size compact. The present invention comprises: a shaft (3) freely rotated by a bearing part (2s) installed in a casing (2); a movable body part (4) having a magnet part (4m) rotated by fixing one end (4c) on the shaft (3) and leaving the other end (4s) as the free end; and a relay part (6) fixed on the casing (2) and capable of attracting or repulsing the movable body by feeding power. More specifically, the present invention comprises: the shaft (3) arranged at a position (P1) corresponding to one point of a triangle; the movable body part (4) having a magnet part (4m) in which S and N poles are generated at positions (P2, P3) corresponding to the rest two points of the triangle; the relay part (6) having a single coil (6c) arranged to face one surface (6s) to the magnet part (4m) in a coil axis direction; and a movable body control part (7) for controlling the movable body (4) to turn within a predetermined range (Zr). |
