摘要 A method for rudder design automation is disclosed, which is capable of reducing the number of working processes by automatically generating internal members of a rudder in the ship into a drawing. To this end, the present invention provides a method for rudder design automation using a CAD program and comprises the steps of: (a) generating the surface of a rudder from input horizontal section outlines; (b) generating an outer plate for forming the generated surface of the rudder and generating a seam according to boundary conditions which are set or input to the outer plate; (c) generating an internal vertical panel and an internal horizontal panel according to boundary conditions previously set or input; (d) generating a hole and a scallop on the internal vertical panel and the internal horizontal panel according to boundary conditions previously set or input; and (e) automatically generating a drawing for a model created in step (d).
