PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch actuator unit capable of suppressing the increase of the manufacturing costs of a vehicle driving device which results from formation of a structure where a clutch is provided in a power transmission path connecting an internal combustion engine with a power distribution device.SOLUTION: An actuator unit 2 includes: an adapter member 60; and an actuator 70 which drives a driven part of a clutch. The adapter member 60 includes: a first engaging part 61 which engages with a first input member; and a second engaging part 62 which engages with a protruding part 82 protruding from a wall part 3 in a second input member 12 which is disposed so as to penetrate through the wall part 3 of a case CS. The actuator 70 includes a body part 71 which is attached to the adapter member 60 at the radial outer side of the adapter member 60 so as to rotate relative to the adapter member 60. The body part 71 includes a fixed part 72 fixed to the wall part 3. |
