PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size plug that absorbs positional fluctuations of a counter optical connector housed in a receptacle and can be coupled in a good condition.SOLUTION: The plug comprises: an optical connector body 110; a housing 120 that fixes and holds the optical connector body 110 at a top end side of the housing; an inner shell 130 that is cylindrical to enclose the housing 120 and is attached to the housing 120 by fastening a screw 121 on an outer circumferential surface of the housing 120 to a screw hole 132 formed on a rear wall part 131 of the inner shell; and an outer shell 140 that is cylindrical to enclose the inner shell 130, has a screw 141 formed on an inner circumferential surface at the top end side thereof, to be fastened with a screw of a chassis shell, and has a step part 143a formed on the inner circumferential surface at the rear end side. When the plug is coupled with a receptacle, the inner shell 130 is configured to rotate relative to the housing 120 and to be abutted at the top end thereof against an abutment surface of the chassis shell; and the outer shell 140 is configured, when fastened with the chassis shell, to be abutted at the step part 143a against the rear wall part 131. |
