PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator with an additional circuit capable of being partially powered down which suppresses a frequency variation of an output signal across powering-down of the additional circuit.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element 101 is connected in parallel between an input terminal and an output terminal of an inverter 102 so as to constitute a feedback loop, and variable capacitance elements (varicap) 103, 104 whose capacitance value varies in accordance with a temperature compensation voltage V1 applied and state change correcting variable capacitance elements 111, 112 whose capacitance value varies in accordance with a state change correction voltage V4 are connected to an input side and an output side of the inverter 102. The state change correction voltage V4 is generated by a partial power-down detection circuit 113 so as to change at timings of detection of rises and falls of partial power-down signals PPDS1, PPDS2. |
