PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a material used for an electrode on a loading surface side is restricted in a charging circuit.SOLUTION: A charging roller 70 faces a loading surface 54 with a sheet P loaded in a conveyor belt 53. An electrode 63 faces an inner surface 55 of a side opposite to the loading surface 54 so as to sandwich the conveyor belt 53 between itself and the charging roller 70. When a voltage V is applied between the charging roller 70 and the electrode 63, electric discharge is caused from the charging roller 70 to the sheet P loaded on the conveyor belt 53, and the sheet P is adsorbed to the conveyor belt 53. A surface layer material 64 is laminated on a surface on the conveyor belt 53 side in the electrode 63. When the voltage V is applied between the charging roller 70 and the electrode 63 in the environment of an ambient temperature of 22.5°C and a relative humidity of 50%, the surface layer material 64 is made of a resin material in which a specific volume resistance is 10to 10&OHgr; cm. |
