摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger capable of sufficiently charging a storage battery even in autonomous operation.SOLUTION: A charger 20 capable of charging a storage battery with power supplied from an autonomous operation outlet 12a of a power conditioner 12 having an autonomous operation function comprises: increase/decrease means (a charge control circuit 22) for increasing/decreasing charge current to a storage battery 23; detection means (a delta V determination circuit 21) for detecting temporal change of voltage or current supplied from a power generation power supply (a solar cell 14) to a power conditioner 12; and control means (a charge control circuit 22) for performing control of the steps of making the increase/decrease means increase the charge current as time elapses, making the increase/decrease means continue increasing the charge current when a temporal decrease amount of voltage or current detected by the detection means is smaller than a predetermined threshold, and making the increase/decrease means decrease the charge current by a predetermined amount when the temporal decrease amount of the voltage or current detected by the detection means is equal to or larger than the predetermined threshold.
