CELL ACTIVATION CONTROL METHOD, BASE STATION AND TERMINAL

Provided are a cell activation control method, a base station and a terminal. The cell activation control method comprises: a base station receiving a reconfiguration message of radio resource control (RRC), the reconfiguration message of RRC carrying cell identification information about a plurality of cells; and according to the cell identification information about the plurality of cells, if it is judged and learnt that a first cell of the plurality of cells belonging to the base station is a secondary cell or an auxiliary secondary cell and is a cell which participates in multi-flow transmission before the base station receives the reconfiguration message of RRC, the base station maintaining the cell state of the first cell unchanged. By judging the cell identification information in a reconfiguration message of RRC signalling, the cell activation control method, base station and terminal provided in the embodiments of the present invention enable corresponding cells to remember the previous activation state or conduct activation, thereby optimally configuring the activation or deactivation state of the cell which participates in the multi-flow transmission during reconfiguration of RRC signalling in an MF-Tx scenario.
