An organic light emitting display device includes pixel electrodes which are electrically connected to a thin film transistor on a substrate, a pixel defining unit which includes a pixel defining layer to partition each pixel electrode into an independent pixel region by covering each pixel electrode and a spacer which is protrusively formed on the pixel defining layer, and a sealing substrate which maintains a distance from the substrate by the spacer and is bonded to the substrate. An opaque deposition material is formed on the pixel electrodes and the pixel defining unit except one side of the spacer facing the sealing substrate.
