PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining information for diagnosis of inflammatory aneurysm formation syndrome, or a method for diagnosis of inflammatory aneurysm formation syndrome.SOLUTION: The method comprises measuring in a biological fluid from a subject, tenascin C, which is an extracellular matrix molecule, as a new disease state marker. The measurement comprises contacting at least one antibody which specifically binds to tenascin C with the biological fluid from the subject, and is made by detection of the binding of tenascin C in the biological fluid from the subject with the antibody. |
