PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processing apparatus which is capable of accessing a storing place of document data when accessing a document storage device.SOLUTION: A transmitter 24 transmits, to a storage device 52 via a communication path N, storage place information for identifying the storage place of the document data in the storage device 52 and causes the storage place information to be stored in the storage device 52. When receiving a request to access the storage device 52, tan identification unit 26 accesses the storage device 52 via the communication path N, searches for the storage place information stored in the storage device 52, and identifies the storage place of the document data on the basis of the searched storage place information. A display control unit 28 access the identified storage place via the communication path N and causes the screen of the identified storage place to be displayed on the display device in preference to the other storage places in the storage device 52. |
