PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jelly-like food including an antibacterial function to food poisoning bacteria and food putrefactive bacteria by using loquat seeds.SOLUTION: A jelly-like food is obtained by pulverizing loquat seeds into a powdery state, extracting loquat seed essence using water or an organic solvent, putting the extract to filtered liquid, adding liquid sugar together with loquat fruit juice to the product followed by mixing a gelatinizer and adjusting through addition of water, and stirring the product to put into a jelly-like state. |
