摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operator from having any return feeling or click feeling due to a spring force without using a mechanical spring member, and to allow the operator to move a rotation operation section to a predetermined position when taking his or her hand off.SOLUTION: In a casing 1, a first member 4 configured so as to swing and rotate or rotate with a human power which directly or indirectly acts and a second member 5 configured so as to be fixed or capable of swinging with respect to the casing 1 are disposed so as to be relatively rotatable by holding their contact state, and the first member 4 and the second member 5 are constituted such that their contact areas per rotation are made different from each other. At least three electromagnetic stones M1 to M8 are disposed on a circumference in a direction of the relative rotation of the first or second member. A control section 9 controls the excitation timings of the electromagnetic stones M1 to M8, and makes a magnetic force act on the first or second member to apply a rotational force to the first member, and controls the size and direction of the rotational force to be applied to the first member.
