PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data recovery device for executing data recovery from a transmission signal at a high speed with a small-scaled circuit configuration, a communication device, a data recovery method, a program, and a recording medium.SOLUTION: A data recovery device 22 includes input means 24 for receiving a signal transmitting data with a remote clock component superimposed thereon, delay means 28 for delaying an inputted signal, delay control means 30 and 32 for controlling a delay amount of the delay means 28 in accordance with phase information detected between the inputted signal and a local clock, and sampling means 34 for sampling the delayed signal in synchronization with the local clock, and recovering data transmitted from the signal while a delay amount initialized by an initialization unit 36 stays within a variable range of the delay means 28. |
