Disclosed are a probe having gradient information and a device for ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment using the same. The ultrasonic probe having gradient information according to the present invention comprises a probe unit for generating an ultrasonic signal for diagnosis or treatment and radiating the generated ultrasonic signal to an object; and a gradient information collecting unit for collecting the gradient information on the ultrasonic probe equipped with the probe unit.
