Flexible dredges - for removing fuel oil slicks from the sea

System of flexible parachutable dredges which can be used for sweeping up oil slicks, oil storage or forming a sealed barrier, which are transported by aeroplane or helicopter and parachuted together with a semi-rigid, motorised dinghy which inflates when it reaches the water, so that the dredges can be brought into action faster than any ship.
