Disclosed are a method and device for achieving mobile terminal power saving and a mobile terminal. The method comprises: tracking, extracting and resolving relevant power consumption parameters of background applications and services; prompting the relevant power consumption parameters to a user after statistically analysing and ranking same; and closing or reserving corresponding background applications and services according to the user selection. By tracking, extracting and resolving relevant power consumption parameters, the present invention divides the background applications and services capable of being closed after user selection into class display and reminding, and actively helps the user to analyse and select background applications and services suitable to be closed to achieve the purpose of power saving. |
