The invention relates to a method for breaking free a wet clutch of a motor vehicle at low temperatures, wherein the wet clutch transmits a rotary motion of an internal combustion engine via a transmission, preferably a dual clutch transmission, to a power take-off of the motor vehicle, wherein at low temperatures a cold start of the internal combustion engine is carried out. In a method in which breaking free of the clutch takes place without design changes to a synchronisation unit and/or to the clutches, an engine generates a breaking-free torque for the opened clutch. |
