<p>The present invention discloses a method to identify biomarkers of fetal health status from foreign organism such as a virus, a bacterium, a fungus and a parasite, and uses thereof for noninvasive determination of fetal health status. And the present invention also provides a system and a kit which are used in the method.</p>
