The present invention relates to a tip end expanding micropile for maximizing supporting force and a method for constructing a micropile using the same capable of more efficiently supporting vertical load. To this end, the tip end expanding micropile for maximizing supporting force and the method for constructing a micropile using the same include: a steel rod inserted into a bored hole formed on the ground; a head expanding member coupled to a lower area of the steel rod; an upper head expanding member which is arranged in the location apart by the predetermined distance in the upper direction of the head expanding member and is coupled to the steel rod; a head unit which is fixed to the wall surface of the bored hole while moving in a radial direction by the lower head expanding member and the upper head expanding member when the steel rod moves downward of the bored hole; and a lower head holder arranged in the location apart downward of the head holder by the predetermined distance.
